A Rochester man is accused of sexually abusing a child inside a business in Canandaigua. Officers say David Schutz, 51, had inappropriate sexual conduct with a child under the age of 11. Officers say it happened inside a business at 5 p.m. on Saturday. They haven't said what business or what the relationship Schutz had with the child. Schutz is being held in the Ontario County Jail.
