13 WHAM - "A Livingston County man is facing charges after police say he intentionally started a fire in a Wal-Mart bathroom.
According to the Geneseo Police Department, 37-year-old Jacob Hicks of Portage allegedly started the fire in the bathroom of the Wal-Mart located at 4235 Veteran Drive in Geneseo on January 30."

"Hicks was arrested and charged with second degree attempted arson. He was arraigned and remanded to the Livingston County Jail without bail.
Geneseo Police, the Livingston County Sheriff's Office, and the Geneseo Fire Department aided in the investigation."
