"An indictment unsealed in Livingston County Court last week said Hyde's two-month-old son sustained multiple severe injuries due to Hyde's abuse. The baby had a fractured skull, 11 fractured ribs in various stages of healing, dual eye retinal hemorrhages, fluid and swelling on the brain, and a broken bone in his foot.

The Nunda Police Department, the New York State Police, the Livingston County District Attorney’s Office, U.R. Medicine, the Bivona Child Advocacy Center, Livingston County Child Protective Services, and the Livingston County Crime Victim’s Coordinator, worked together on the investigation.

The baby has since been released to foster care.

Hyde is on parole from August 2014. He is currently in the Livingston County Jail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Livingston County Court on Tuesday morning."
