13 WHAM - "Investigators with the Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force and the Greater Rochester Area Narcotics Enforcement Team (GRANET) have a Rochester man in custody who is believed to be a major drug dealer.
Officers with both teams, as well as the Rochester and Albion Police Departments, executed two search warrants Thursday morning on Curlew Street and Emerson Street"
"The investigation stemmed from multiple people tracing a mix of heroin and fentanyl from Orleans County back to a house on Curlew Street. At least 30 people in Orleans County were being supplied the narcotic mixture, which is believed to be linked to a recent spike in overdoses in the county.
Police seized various bundles of the heroin/fentanyl combination packaged to be sold, more than an ounce of the heroin/fentanyl combination being packaged, cocaine packaged for sale, cash, scales, packaging material and other drug paraphernalia.
Jonathan Agosto, 21, is charged with ten felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd. He was arraigned and remanded to the Orleans County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond. Agosto also faces 15 additional counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd in Orleans County."
