According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Russel Maurer, 61, was arrested for felony Attempted Burglary in the Third Degree, misdemeanor Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree, misdemeanor Petit Larceny, and Trespass, a violation."
