"In March 2016, a Canadian law enforcement agency executed a search warrant for a mobile chatting application. A user named “rickyraz15” was accused of using the application to share 331 images of child pornography from April 2-7, 2016. The account was traced to Wolfe in Rochester.

On October 31, 2017, Homeland Security investigators based in Buffalo executed a search warrant at Wolfe’s home on Legran Road in Irondequoit. Agents were able to seize a laptop, two digital cameras, a camcorder, a thumb drive, two SD cards, a cell phone, multiple CDs, an external hard drive, and several documents.

While searching the garage, investigators found a desktop computer that appeared to have been destroyed by a sledge hammer.

A lockbox was also discovered in the closet of an upstairs bedroom. Inside the box were 80 CDs and an external hard drive which had several images and videos of child pornography.

Later that day, investigators executed a second federal search warrant on Wolfe's cell phone. It had been reset to factory settings, but forensic investigators have recovered more than 2,030 images and videos of child pornography. The work on the cell phone is ongoing.

Anyone who could have specific information related to this case is urged to contact the Homeland Security Investigation Buffalo Office at (716) 464-5931.
