Utica Police Officers saw a video on Facebook of a baby alone in the street Friday night.
The 9-month-old baby was found crawling in the middle of a busy roadway.
27-year-old Ledrika Ford of Utica told investigators the baby was in the back seat of the car when she left the area.
The mother said she was "not sure" how her baby ended up in the street.
She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
The mother's 4 other children were taken into custody by Oneida County CPS.
