11 Drug Dealers Arrested in Wyoming

"Madison Willey, 25, of Park Avenue, Perry. She was charged with two counts of third-degree sale and possession of a controlled substance for allegedly dealing fentanyl and cocaine in Perry and Warsaw in the fall of 2017. She was jailed with bail set at $5,000.

Joanna Piontkowski, 26, of Linwood Avenue, Warsaw is charged with one count of sale and possession for dealing cocaine in Warsaw last summer. She is free on bail.

Mitchell Freeman, 29, of Quinlan Road, Le Roy, is charged with fourth-degree sale and fifth-degree possession for selling buprenorphine in Attica in the fall. He is in jail without bail.

Lance Mercado, 27, of Dellinger Avenue, Batavia is charged with two counts of fourth-degree sale and two counts of fifth-degree possession for allegedly dealing buprenorphine in Attica in the fall. He is is jail with bail set at $25,000.

Racheal Houlihan, 27, of Spring Street, Castile is charged with two counts each of third-degree sale and possession for dealing heroin and fentanyl in Warsaw and Perry. She posted bail.

William Lockwood, 25, of Franklinville is charged with third-degree sale and possession for selling methamphetamine in December in Arcade. Police seized crystal meth, cash and paraphernalia during a raid at his home, which was then in Arcade. He is in jail with bail at $15,000.

Holden Byer, 26, of Park Street is charged with fourth-degree sale and possession for dealing suboxone in Warsaw.

William Haight, 29, no known address, is charged with third-degree sale after he agreed to sell drugs in Attica but ended up stealing the money. He is in jail with no bail.

David Schmieder, 23, of North Main Street is charged with third-degree sale and possession and two counts each of fifth-degree sale and possession for selling amphetamines and heroin in Warsaw in the fall. He is in jail with bail at $20,000.

Benjamin Flynn, 28, of Mount Morris is charged with two counts of fourth-degree sale and two counts of fifth-degree possession for selling buprenorphine in the spring of 2016 in Perry.

A 17-year-old Eagle resident is charged with two counts of sale and possession for dealing oxycodone in the summer."
