Keith Dobles, 28, is facing DWI charges after he drove while on drugs with two kids in the car with him.
He rear-ended another driver on State Route 332 and Canandaigua-Farmington Townline Road.
The 2 kids involved in the crash were under the age of 16 and taken to Strong Memorial Hospital.
One kid even had internal swelling to his stomach.
The person Dobles rear-ended was also taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
Dobles was ticketed for speeding, following too closely, passed red signal and unlicensed operation. He was also arrested for driving while under the influence of drugs and driving while under the influence of drugs with two children under the age of 16 in the vehicle.
