Elizabeth M. Grattan, 27, of State St., was arrested after she allegedly stabbed another person with a steak knife during an altercation!
She is being charged with assault with a deadly weapon in the 2nd and criminal possession of a weapon in the 3rd.
The incident took place at Lewis Place on March 16, 2018 at 9:50p.m.
