Authorities in North Carolina are investigating the disappearance of a soldier from our area. Sergeant Carl Seeman, of Churchville, was reported missing Sunday after his truck was found at a Walmart in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
All of his possessions, including his cell phone, were found in the vehicle. Seeman is a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg. Seeman's family in Rochester is concerned for his safety.
