Daniel Gillespie, 40, and Michelle Croft, 35, of Steuben County had methamphetamine on them when police arrived. They also obtained materials for a methamphetamine lab AND stolen vehicles.
Police also found many stolen items, like an ATV, vehicle tow dolly, a motorcycle, construction equipment and building materials.
Both of these idiots were charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property 4th and criminal possession of stolen property 5th, as well as criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.
Gillespie was remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $1 MILLION property bond.
Croft was released on her own recognizance.
