Klon Reese, 21, from Canandaigua is facing multiple charges after he started a fire on the sidewalk! THEN, when Police were called, he didn't like that too much and allegedly fought with officers as they tried to arrest him.
Officers tried to take Reese into custody, but he resisted arrest and fought with them.
Reese is charged with second-degree assault, resisting arrest, open burning, disorderly conduct, and littering.
