Scott Pernesky is wanted for tampering with physical evidence after his girlfriend, 40-year-old Jennifer Baker of Greece, was found dead from an overdose at the Motel 6 on Buell Road.
Pernesky tampered with evidence by wrapping Baker's body up in sheets, hiding drugs, and not calling 911.
