A Rochester man intentionally crashed into a vehicle driven by an off-duty RPD officer in Penfield last week in Penfield.
It all happened on April 12 around 9:10 p.m. on Route 441 and Five Mile Line Road.
Brendon Burns smashed into the back to the off-duty Officer 3 times!
Burns intentionally drove his vehicle at the victim and struck the victim.
The victim sustained pain, swelling, multiple cuts and a fractured rib.
Burns was found at a home on Milburn Street in Rochester.
Burns admitted to the crime.
HERE IS THE KICKER... The Off-duty Officer had a 23 year old girl in the car. That girl was the ex-girlfriend of Burns.The Off-duty Officer is in his 40's.
He was arraigned in Penfield Town Court and remanded to Monroe County jail on $15,000 cash/$30,000 bond.
