Nikki Phillips, 26, was charged with second degree manslaughter after she allegedly sold fentanyl-laced narcotics to another woman, causing her to die.
The victim was 31 years old.
Phillips was charged in January with criminal sale of a controlled substance for allegedly selling drugs to the victim.
