The fight was around 9 a.m. on Conkey Avenue and Avenue A in Rochester.
Officer: "Can you reach out to 217. Have him meet me at Avenue A and Conkey."
Officer 2: "217, you don't need the dispatcher to do that. I'm en route."
Later, sounds of a scuffle are heard.
Dispatch: "227, 217, can you guys confirm that you're all set? I got a call for officers in trouble. Yeah we're all set."
