8-10 Dead In Santa Fe High School Shooting

There are multiple reports eight people are dead following a shooting at a Santa Fe on the Texas Gulf Coast. 

The suspect, Dimitri Pagourtzis, 17, was taken into custody and a second person of interest was detained in a deadly Texas Gulf Coast high school shooting is a student.  

Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez says the male student was arrested this morning and a second student is being detained as a person of interest.  Gonzalez says approximately eight-to-ten people were killed at Santa Fe High School with most of the deaths being students.  

Students say a fire alarm went of before the shooting began. Medical chopper Life Flight as well as numerous law enforcement agencies from surrounding areas are have been on scene since the shooting broke at 8am Friday morning. The school was on lock down for at least an hour.
