Jeffrey Webb, 33, was pulled over for an alleged traffic violation. Webb’s license record showed 44 suspensions with 43 scoffs on 17 different dates. Webb was also allegedly in possession of over 6 grams of pot.
Webb was charged with felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.
