Police are trying to find the person who is dumping puppies around Erie County. Town of Boston Dog Control, outside of Buffalo, says that 18 lab and lab-mix puppies have been dumped over the past week. According to WIVB, the puppies were found in the city of Buffalo, Boston, Orchard, and East Aurora. All of the puppies appear to be between 4-6 months old, extremely fearful, and have similar scarring on their faces.
