Reachall A. Gaddy, 40, A Rochester woman, turned herself over to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office after being picked up on an active arrest warrant.

Gaddy was transferred to the Livingston County Jail and when Gaddy was at the jail entry point, a further search of her "property" found heroin and a hypodermic needle.

She was later arraigned and remanded on $3,000 cash bail for the Family Court warrant and $750 cash bail or $1,500 bond on the drug related charges.

Jessica L. Eagan, 36, was on probation for having a sexual relationship with a boy under 16. She NOW faces drug charges after she entered the village police station and admitted selling drugs.

Perry Chief Michael Grover said:

“She came in and said she had been selling prescription medication to some guy,” Grover said. “It was a pretty easy arrest, that’s for sure.”

Eagan also may face violation of probation charges.

Eagan was convicted of attempted second-degree rape in 2015 after she admitted having a sexual relationship with a boy under 16 years old. She was placed on five years probation.

Andrea M. Hollada, 44, was found with Fentanyl and meth at her home when Sheriff’s deputies responded to conduct a follow-up investigation

Hollada was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and also charged with facilitating second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Hollada was later arraigned and remanded to the custody of the Sheriff of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.
