A Phelps teenager is accused of stabbing his mother. Brandon Schluter, 17, faces 1st degree assault charges. He is accused of stabbing his mother with a knife several times in the head and chest. She suffered serious injuries from the alleged attack on June 9th.
Schluter remains in Ontario County Jail where he will be held until his arraignment.
