Charges have been dropped in the case of the woman accused of pointing a gun out of her window in Rochester. Catherine Bonner was charged with menacing an officer back in November 2017 when a Rochester Police officer advised her ex-boyfriend to break into her home to retrieve his belongings. Police body camera shows Bonner pointing a gun out of the window when the ex-boyfriend broke the window.
