Pawn Shop Manager Charged with Lying About Stolen Items

Vincent Flanagan, 25, of Hilton was arrested for lying about stolen items from a pawn shop he managed. 

He was the manager of Rochester Pawn & Gold on Dewey Ave.

Flanagan is accused of writing a false statement, reporting the item as sold.

Flanagan was charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree and making a punishable false written statement. 

A secondhand dealer law citation was issued to Rochester Pawn & Gold.

He was remanded to the Monroe County Jail and released to pre-trial services.
