WATCH: Phil Mickelson Broke Rule at U.S. Open

Phil Mickelson let his frustration get the best of him on the 13th hole of the 2018 U.S. Open Championship. He putted the ball before it stopped moving, incurring a two-stroke penalty. Mickelson said he knowingly broke the rule and took the penalty because he just didn’t feel like chasing his ball down the hill.
