There is a massive manhunt in Livingston County for a man considered to be armed and dangerous. Investigators said David Clyde Morgan of Wilmington, North Carolina pulled a gun on an officer during a traffic stop in Geneseo. Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty said there was some type of exchange between the officer and Morgan. He said there was gunfire, but would not elaborate if it came from the suspect or officer. The officer was not injured. There was a woman in the vehicle who attempted to run away but was later taken into custody. Police said Morgan is armed and dangerous. Morgan is a white male, 5'9", 200 lbs. He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, grey baseball cap and blue jeans. Police warn, if you encounter Morgan, not to approach. Instead, they said to call 911. Investigators say they are unsure why Morgan was here.
