San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garappolo was seen out on the town in Los Angeles Wednesday night with 41-year-old adult film star Kiara Mia. According to a video posted on TMZ, they dined at the elegant Avra Beverly Hills restaurant. The 26-year-old signed a five-year, $137.5 million deal with San Francisco in February.
