A one car crash ended with a Medina woman being arrested on Monday night around 8:55 p.m.
Samantha Wroblewski, 29, passed out at the wheel with a hypodermic needle in her arm.
She was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, DWI, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and moving from a lane unsafely.
