Danielle Allen to Appeal Murder Conviction

The woman found guilty of manslaughter for the death of her boyfriend plans to appeal her conviction. Danielle Allen, 23, was found guilty of second-degree manslaughter last week. She is the daughter of a New York State Police inspector. Allen stabbed her boyfriend, Marcus Postell, in her apartment in York back in November of 2016. Allen's attorneys said they are appealing due to 'pre-trial issues.' If her conviction is upheld, Allen could spend a maximum of 15-years in prison.
