20 People Arrested After Puerto Rican Festival

Rochester police arrested twenty people after the annual Puerto Rican Festival. Police said officers had rocks and bottles thrown at them. Firefighters had to put out small fires in garbage cans. The arrests were for disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, driving without a license, child endangerment, assault and criminal contempt. In addition to the arrests, 4 ATV’s, 2 motor bikes, and 10 cars were towed.
