Police video was released earlier today of the incident that led to a manhunt for David Clyde Morgan a North Carolina man in Livingston County in July.
Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty said "49-year-old David Clyde Morgan fled a traffic stop in Geneseo after pulling a handgun on a police officer on July 18."
“When they were pulled over by law enforcement, Morgan and Brown devised a plan where Brown would point her cell phone at the officer and Morgan would point his handgun at the officer,” court papers state. “Brown said their plan was to have law enforcement shoot at them and then run into the cornfield next to where they got pulled over…meet up on the side of the road and then go through the woods.”
