Shirley Kenyon is a great-grandmother and a NARC! She self reported to Newark Police that she was smoking marijuana with her granddaughter and a friend (John Wilson, also pictured below) while in the same room as her 10-month-old granddaughter. They are all facing endangering the welfare of a child charges.
