A Livingston County woman is in big trouble after getting arrested on felon charges of welfare fraud.
Valerie Bogner, of Leicester, is charged with 3rd degree welfare fraud, 3rd degree grand larceny and misuse of food stamps. All charges are Class D Felonies.
Investigators say that when the 31-year-old applied for benefits from the Livingston County Department of Social Services she didn't include information about her employment income. As a result she received just over $3,000 in benefits she was not eligible for.
