Some people in Webster are angry about a proposal to build a CountryMax at the southwest corner of Ridge Road and Hatch Road. People who own houses nearby said traffic and noise will be a problem. They want the store relocated. The project has a number of steps to go before it's approved. The Webster Town Board approved rezoning this industrial area near Salt Road with the goal of building more than 200 homes on the property. A public hearing is scheduled for September 18.
