UPDATE: 10/5/2018 Liverpool Village court officials say that the case involving Tom Anelli has been adjourned in contemplation of dismissal. The case will be dismissed in six months assuming that Anelli does not run into any new legal trouble.
Last Friday police responded to a call near Tulip and Sixth streets in Liverpool, it was reported that a woman had been dropped off by a man after an argument. The man turned out to be Tom Anelli the DWI guy. Anelli returned to the scene while police were speaking to the woman, he then refused a sobriety test and was arrested.
