Police: Man Faked Down syndrome

A man is accused of faking Down syndrome. Paul Menchaca, 31, was arrested last week in Arizona. He is charged with fraudulent schemes and sexual abuse. Police said he hired three different women over the summer to bathe him and change his diapers. One of the caregivers followed Menchaca to his parents home because she was suspicious. His parents confirmed he does not have Down sydrome or need diapers. Menchaca eventually admitted to lying to the women. Menchaca had been employed by a school district for two years in various support staff positions. He resigned at the end of August.
