A Rochester man is charged with DWI after hitting a woman with his truck. Police said Michael Salmon, 59, struck a 60-year-old woman in the area of North Clinton Avenue and Scrantom Street around 8 p.m. The woman is in critical condition with head trauma. Police charged Salmon with DWI and additional charges may be forthcoming as the investigation continues.
