As explained on today's show (check out podcast below) Daniel Young was arrested by state troopers on 9/11 after allegedly getting into a fight with his stepfather.
Young, who is 39, is accused of kicking a trooper who responded to the scene, and after being placed in the back of the patrol car, pooping in the back seat.
Young is charged with 2nd degree harassment and obstructing governmental Administration and is due back in Sodus court at a later date.
