A New York man is taking Fortnite a little too seriously. Michael Aliperti, 45, is accused of sending threatening texts along with online voice messages to an 11-year-old boy that kicked his butt in the popular game. According to Fox 5 in New York, Aliperti threatened to shoot the boy at school. He was arrested in his Huntington home around 1:40 a.m. on Tuesday. The charges against Aliperti include second-degree aggravated harassment and acting in a manner to injure a child. Police said they made the arrest out of an abundance of caution because the man threatened to shoot the boy at school.
