The Genesee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a case of dog abuse. The puppy, Opal, was found thin and malnourished. The dog was found on the side of Route 33 and Prole Road outside of Batavia. She had sores on her paws and that she smelled of feces and urine. The Genesee Sheriff's Office is asking anyone to come forward with information about this case.
