Limo Driver's Wife Says Husband Complained About Cars

The limo driver involved in the deadly crash in upstate New York was ticketed less than two months ago. According to the Times Union, Scott Lisinicchia was cited for driving with an improper license in August. Twenty people were killed Saturday when the limo crashed into a ravine in Schoharie. Police also say the owner of Prestige Limo knew his driver was not licensed to drive the limo. Lisinicchia, wife said her husband is being wrongly blamed for the crash and had complained about the condition of the vehicles. The NTSB is still investigating the crash.
