The family of the suspect in a shootings says he suffered from mental illness. Juliet Lavan, Terrell Blake's aunt, said she called police begging them not to kill her nephew. Blake shot three people, including his own son. One woman was found dead in a house on Post Avenue. Police said Blake threatened to kill his entire family before leading police on a chase through Rochester. Blake exchanged gunfire with police before he was shot and killed. The chaos put all city schools in lockdown. Lavan said her nephew and the woman who died had a child in common. She said he had moved to Georgia and came back to Rochester. Rochester Police said they are still working to find a motive in Wednesday's shootings.
