Crazy video from Oregon where a man goes for an officer's gun during the court appearance.
Scott Lemmon is on trial for allegedly pointing a realistic looking gun at two people while robbing them.
The sheriff's office wanted to use an 'electronic restraint' on Lemmon during the appearance. The device would have been concealed under his pants, and therefore not visible to jurors, and would only be used to Lemmon acted up.
The judge denied that request and this is what happened.
