Naples parents arrested and charged with second degree assault.
Sunday around 6pm, a fight broke out on a basketball court involving upwards of 30 people. The two pictured above Jennifer Concepcion, 35, and Ramon Mulero, 18, were arrest and charged with multiple offenses, including inciting a riot, obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
A 15 year old boy was also arrested for his involvement.
