Development in Sodus Homicide Investigation

There is a possible break in the case of a double homicide in the Village of Sodus. The ex of murder victim Joshua Niles is being held in Wayne County Jail on another crime. According to News10NBC, Texas Rangers say Charlene Childers is a suspect in the deaths of Niles and Amber Washburn. The couple was gunned down last week in the middle of the day in the driveway of their Sodus home. Their four-year-old child was in the backseat of the car at the time.  Investigators say Childers' husband, 32-year-old Timothy Dean, is also a suspect in the double homicide in Sodus. Dean is behind bars in Texas on a $1 million bond for causing injury to a child. A $1 million bond is unusual for a charge of that nature. Childers was in a heated custody dispute with Joshua Niles before Niles was murdered.
