Two men are facing charges, accused of kidnapping a woman in Rochester. Police said they were called about a woman being held against her will for ransom. Police said Isaiah Nesmith, 27, and Anthony Wiggins, 27, threatened to kill the woman if her boyfriend didn't meet their demands. Police said the boyfriend helped them find the suspects and rescue the woman. When police located the suspects they tried to drive away. After a pursuit the vehicle crashed into two park cars. Investigators said Nesmith and Wiggins tried to run away. They were arrested shortly after. Police said the victim was found inside the crashed car. Nesmith and Wiggins are charged with 1st degree kidnapping.
