CDC: Toss Those Thanksgiving Leftovers

It is time to throw out those Thanksgiving leftovers. The Centers for Disease Control officials say four days is the limit for those leftovers. If you have already put your leftovers in the freezer, it's safe to eat them. It's best to remove the meat from the turkey bones and freeze them separately.Turkey can be frozen up to three months. Mashed potatoes can survive in the freezer up to a year if they weren't mixed with broth. Stuffing can last for a month. Flour-based gravy can last up to four months in the freezer.
