Rochester police are investigating a shooting. Investigators say a 26-year-old was shot around 10:30 p.m. outside of building on East Main Street. The victim was taken to the hospital where he later died. His name has not been released. Police say they are interviewing a person of interest to find out more about what may have led up to this shooting.
