A Wayne County man was arrested after overdosing in a McDonald's drive-thru. Investigators say Maxx Orr Jr., 64, was found lying on the ground outside his car in October. CPR was being performed by a civilian. Deputies continued CPR and administered Narcan. Investigators say Orr's blood test came back positive for fentanyl and morphine. He was arrested on Thursday and charged with DWAI by drugs.
