Police: Webster Man Used Fake Cash at Gas Station

A Webster man is accused of trying to use fake cash at a gas station in Williamson. The Wayne County Sheriff's Office says Christopher Bellingham, 33, allegedly tried to pass a counterfeit $20 bill. It happened at the Speedway on Route 104 Wednesday evening. Investigators say the cashier was aware of counterfeit bills being used at other stores in the area and the $20 bill had the same markings.
